what /where are these things dropping from . ive been hunting around and havent seen anything but blighted stuff =/

all confirmed drops are from t6 mobs afaik

i just want to know which mobs exactly drop set pieces part 2 and 3 because i have almost all neclace miss only wizard one and want to complete all set
also have lots of neclace doubled and wiling to trade if someone want

regarding demonbane spike:
I don't get the reqs:
the effect Live Attack V has a requirement of current adv level 80!???
does it not work on lower level mobs?
is this requirement meant for the wielder, who needs to be level 90 anyway?
I just don't get it!???
