Explaination of the odd bits, the small island in the bottom left is the the starting island for bipeds.

The islands on the far right are our 4 favourite starter islands and the small red island to the west of the starter islands is the new dragon starter island Skalkaar.

The silly extra shadows around Skalkaar are shadow images in the sea of other possible starter islands.

and below is slightly more user friendly version just shown the name continent.

PS: If you are asking whats the large land-mass to the east of EDL, its the east continent, the one the devs deny exists.

East Continent was always there - it's fully green plains tho.
