Kragg
Long time since I last time was around these boards, and even longer times since I was ingame.

Nice to see that the guild still is alive =)

I have just got my US:WoW account locked down, due the person helped me registering the key used bad info.. Well thats anoter story...

What I understood the English speaking EU servers has been mergerd to 1 server, and that AE went bankrupt (or how you spell that). But what has happend ingame?

Hi Kragg,

Yeah we're still alive and playing daily smile.gif

Ingame lots of things changed.

With the merge (Wind/Ice/Earth to Unity) we also got a brand new World with tons of support for highlevel adventure. Meanwhile also the lower levels did get new things todo.

Battles are very rewarding now, either you loot forms/tech to sell/scribe, rare items (not craftable), quest items (for xp), components for techs, usables (pouches, 'tablets' to dring and get buffs, money bags) or simple some resources to pawn or delete smile.gif

Craft wise t5 (expert) is here since months and t6 (master) is semi-ingame (via transmutation). Everything is dyeable now - character outfitting is still very unique to all the other games.

Building uses up to t6 now - and got improved a lot: decorations, tiered buildings (gives benefit), storage in houses ("now.. where did I put my shield.."), ... Our guild managed to win a whole town at a plot auction. You can see the shots on the frontpage smile.gif

It's really a lot of changes.. my personal impression is that Tulga Games (the new owner) is really working hard on improving the game _constantly_. They listen to the community and when you're afk for like a month the list of changes is really impressive (1-2 pages each patch).

Horizons became quite a small game, the community did downsize a lot, nevertheless it's still playable and has a working economy. The community itself is still quite mature and very friendly compared to other games.

Still, many things are wanted badly by the community:

- Dragon Ancient Quest/Lore
- Lairs (plots (aka caves) for dragons) - imagine a 3d tool to 'dig' your own cave
- public tool to intergrate simple player made quests (this def. shows the direction they are aiming to)
- multiclassing revise (many are multiple level 100 now, in many adv and craft schools) TG still does plan howto present 'elder' gameplay.

In general the Quests still suck. If you're used to get a Quest in Wow for every unthinkable occation, you'll really miss this here. Well unless you play Dragon biggrin.gif

If you look for a game atm to play and don't want to reactivate aka spend money - make a trial account.

Sounds like there still are some hope then =)

Well, I can still log in wit my account, and it sayd Kragg is still there, so I should be able to log in, I just need to pay for 1 month...

And I think I can live with 1 month of payment.. Even if I have a hard time with the economy now during the summer...

Ill give it a thought.. and who knows.. I might log in allready tonight =)

Olog got his wow account locked also.. Well.. We orderd both the same time.. and the paymen of both has been with my CC.. So no wonder they both went poof when one did it =)

But his barbarian here was messed so thats why he left this game.. Even if he says he did like it.. Until the day he couldnt go back from lvl 7 mage to 40 something barbarian.. As he was allready a barbarian... Rofl...
Claws
well...where to start...???
earth, wind and ice were merged into unity server
we got a world overhaul (new landscapes, new islands, lots of new plots)
new mobs up to level 140 were introduced
tier4 and 5 techs, tier 5 and even some t6 formulars are now ingame
armor parts can be dyed into a large variety of colors
we can build lots of new structures that have either storage or give crafting bonuses (a t2 silo holds 4000 bars/bricks a journeyman workshop gives +50 craft skill)
almost everyone got one or more classes at level 100
inflation hit bigtime: 1 gold is nothing special these days, some t5 stat techs sold for more than that shortly after introduction
new and even rare loot is in
dragons have grown and can fly now
the guild owns its own town now: tavu, plots available for guildies at 1 silver each

on the downside:
events have become rather rare these days
quests are few
....
you think I am kidding?
Well, I am most certainly not!
It's all true.
Why not try a 7 day free trial and see for yourself? Our town has been build up quite a bit by now, you can reach it from bristugo. People, you have a good chance to meet ingame these days are Arcat, Monkee, Zchronox, Soresha, Metagruen and Me or Finder (me as well)
Claws
well if you reactivate Kragg you might still have to contact us to get back in-guild smile.gif
we cleaned the guild member list some time ago, as we were 100+ members compared to about a dozen active players...
but you have instant membership revival option, as do all returning players

in 2 hours from now me or Finder will definitely log in for at least 2 hours - so maybe we can welcome you then biggrin.gif

(technically only Arcat and me can reinvite you)
Kragg
Tried to make a trial account today.. No luck =(

I figured I should enter that code instead of CD key.. But it says its an illegal cd code and need to be 20 letters long.
Arcat
Hm,
