I just got Horizons, and it is acting horribly on my computer. I turned all of the video options down to a minimum, and it hasn't helped. My character is constantly fluctuating between normal speed and almost down to 40% where I might as well be walking, and it is directly related to the rendering as near as I can tell. My character is not being slowed down by his load and gameplay in general is very "jerky" constantly. I know it is not my computer because I play other graphics-intensive MMORPGs and do not have this problem. Is there any way to fix this?
