I have to say, your handling of this situation lacks people skills.

Emmie has every right to tell anyone she has had bad experiences with OoR, as long as they are true. As a result of what happened she no longer wants to be part of any guild other than her own.

What you need to understand as well is that no guild will ever have a spotless record for more than a very short time, no matter how well run it is. The way to deal with problems is not sweeping them under the rug. But rather to be open with people. If someone questions you about anything brought up by either Emmie or my self, tell them that the current structure is not the same. As I've already said, I do make a point to mention that this all was some time ago - and that I don't know what you are like now, since this is the first communication I have had with any OoR member since late Feb I think (talked to Wraak and Svend briefly after I left).

OoR has a history, you cannot change that. If you want to escape history you can always recreate guild everytime something unpleasant happens(sarcasm, I'm not suggesting you do, for those that need it spelt out). You were left with quite a mess, I can feel for you - having old stuff pop up like this I'm sure is annyoing, especially when you only have a minor relation to it all. -BUT the name Order of Reclamation has a history, good and bad - you can't change that, much as you might wish to.

The reason you have not heard about this in some time from us, is that both Emmie and I had decided to take some time off from the game, returning in April. I don't particularly enjoy thinking back on what happened to the guild in January and February, I never saw March. So I try to avoid it.



We don't really care, we are not out to get you, jealous envious or anything - we do quite well on our own.



What exactly are you implying? And what nerve to close the thread after mentioning it, without finishing.



Now when did either of us ever do that? Let's see some proof here. I don't like accusations like this thrown around with no basis.

My apologies Claws, I remember Svend speaking about rushing you to officerhood. Somewhere I must have confused Azoun's member vote with you as officer.

I have no beef with any of you. I was burnt by OoR once, I'm not holding a grudge against you - but I don't forget either. As for what I've seen here today, I'll just keep that to my self, or I'll recieve an IP ban like a couple others did for speaking their mind. Yay censorship!

I dit not bring up any old discussions. All I sayed that alot has changed with in the guild after svend/aevorn left.

I will not defend that I closed 4 Topic's. Emmie whent over the line thats why she was banned again, I dit give her a waring not to attack any ppl but she dit.


I tryed to tell her nice not talk about us, she has no idear how we work today and even if she is talking about 3 months or more ago why bring it up now again? Long after the ppl that had same thing todo with her leaving the guild left the game?


In one way yes but then she has to say it was when she was part of the guild and that she left the guild that date (end of Feb I think it was), if she talks like that she is still part or left only days ago then she has no right to talk bad about us.

Like we sayed so many times now the guild has changed (with this I dont mean any of the problems emmie dit see for the problems she had none one else of had), there are more new ppl in the guild today then the old guard.
And why start to back talk us after so long time even if both of you have not bin in game?

Last of all run your guild like you and emmie like (if you have one) and leave OoR alone we have not dont you/emmie any thing and will not do so.

Maybe because it still bothers her? Maybe she hasn't stopped talking about it? Just now it has reached you apparently.



Let me again ask you for some proof or just an example. I have never heard her claim it happened recently.



That is untrue, you may not have seen or maybe you've chosen to forget - but she was not the only one who had concerns about levels and attitudes within the guild.



We are not backtalking you, but the old OoR, as I have repeated time and time again.

Emmie had a falling out with me and Svend, which ended with her leaving the guild. I take the full responsibility for my part in the matter.

Since then the leadership of the guild has changed and as long as Emmie clearly states that she had problems with the old leadership, I have no problem with her actions. I would however be troubled by her laying the responsibility for past actions at the feet of the current leadership.
