== Description ==
On  my  PC  the  new  (2006-05-11) Active X launcher freezes
Internet Explorer.

I  noticed  during  the  execution of the patcher capsol.bat
gets  recreated,  however  ends up as a 0 byte file. Also if
you  delete  AEPatcher.dll  it  will  result in a new 0 byte
file.


== Workaround ==
Get  a  correct capsol.bat by either running a fullscan with
the  non-.net  patcher  or  get one from a friend (rename to
.txt to put into an email). Then set the file to 'read only'
via rightclick/properties.

The  patcher  will  complain  about  a  2nd process running,
however after a fullscan the game will start.
